BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS–
1 BEECH HOUSE APARTMENTS, GLENRIDDING
(The ‘Property’)
1.
These
terms and conditions contain important information and set out contractual
terms and conditions which apply to the booking you make with us. These
terms and conditions include some exclusions and limitations of
liability and therefore it is important that you read them carefully
2.
The hirer
shall mean the person booking the accommodation.
3.
The
property is let to the hirer strictly on the basis that the accommodation is
for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists
for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him/her.
The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of any
delayed departure.
4.
Deposits
are non-refundable. In the event
of a cancellation by the hirer 4 weeks or more before the date of arrival we
will not request full payment.
Cancellation with less than four weeks notice will incur the full charge
which will be refundable (less an amount equal to the deposit required upon
booking) if we are successful in re-letting the accommodation.
5.
Accommodation is limited to the number of persons declared and identified on
the booking form. The number of persons shall not exceed 4 - children in
cots are an acceptable addition.
6.
We
reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept any booking,
and to obtain the name, age, and gender of your party before accepting your
booking.
7.
Lettings,
unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday
and commence from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
8.
The hirer
is expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy and in the same state
and condition as at the start of the letting. We reserve the right to make a
charge for extra cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory
condition.
9.
No
Smoking or pets are allowed in the property.
10.
Bed linen
is included in the hire charge. Hand and bath towels are available for hire
and should be requested when making the booking.
11.
There is
free parking for one vehicle only which must be parked in the marked bay.
Any vehicle so parked is left at your own risk and we cannot accept any
liability for damage to or any loss of the vehicle or its contents.
12.
We
reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time and for any
reasonable cause. We will
endeavour to inform you if we need to make entry.
13.
We cannot
be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or injury
sustained, by the hirer or members of his/her party during their stay in the
property. We shall not be liable
for loss or damage to any belongings, or injury sustained to the hirer or

14.
In the
very unlikely event that the property is withdrawn for reasons out of our
control (e.g. by fire, flood etc) the tenancy shall be cancelled and the
rent paid shall be refunded. The
hirer shall not be entitled to any further damages.
15.
Whilst
every effort is made to ensure all items of equipment described and supplied
by us are in good working order; no guarantee is given or liability accepted
if breakdowns occur before or during the period of the letting. Whilst we
will endeavour to organise repairs or replacements as quickly as possible,
delays inevitably do occur, particularly during the season.
16.
The
tenant shall not do or suffer to be done in or upon the property any act or
thing which may be a nuisance, damage, or annoyance to other occupiers or
any adjoining premises. Excessive noise, or illegal activity, will cause us
to terminate the agreement without compensation or refund.
17.
The
tenant will pay for the replacement of all furniture or household effects
lost, destroyed, or damaged beyond repair as a consequence of their actions
– any damage or breakages to the property, fittings, or equipment must be
reported immediately.
18.
All
complaints must be notified to us immediately to ensure sufficient time is
given to investigate and/or take the necessary remedial action.
Compensation will not be payable where the hirer has denied the us
the opportunity to rectify matters
during the course of the holiday.
19.
We have
the right to cancel your booking promptly without compensation or refund
should you not comply with any of these conditions of hire.
20.
These
conditions supersede all those issued before.
